Users assume all risks associated with using the Service, and Ortus AI disclaims any warranties, express or implied. Ortus AI’s liability for any damages arising from the use of the Service is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Premium Subscriptions and Refunds
Ortus AI offers premium subscriptions. If you wish to terminate your subscription, you can do so on through our dashboard (options page of our Chrome extension) or by emailing our support team. Users can request a refund and we will provide a pro-rata refund for unused days of the month.

By signing up for the Service, you consent to receive personalized emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in the email.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.
Indemnification

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ortus AI’s total liability for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim. Ortus AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, even if Ortus AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Force Majeure
Ortus AI shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgrade, Serbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Belgrade, Serbia for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ortus AI regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the parties agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
Miscellaneous
The relationship between the parties is that of independent contractors. The waiver of any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of any other provision or of Ortus AI’s right to require strict observance of each of the terms herein. You may not assign your rights and obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Ortus AI. The headings used in these Terms are for reference purposes only and shall not affect the interpretation of the Terms.
